Section 7.2: Intellectual Property Provisions
Your use of Playnexy.pro is contingent upon your adherence to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or simply browsing our public pages, you enter into this agreement.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our paid services.
Playnexy.pro is a professional tool. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted under our free tier limitations.
Our compliance process is transparent and structured. A violation may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. We will communicate the specific reason and appeal process for all suspensions.
If your account is suspended, you have 14 days to submit a formal appeal via email to legal@playnexy.pro.
What we expect from you, and what you can expect from us, forms the foundation of a trustworthy platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including Apple's App Store Review Guidelines when submitting through our platform.
You must own or have the necessary rights to any assets (code, graphics, copy) you upload to Playnexy.pro. You retain ownership of your content; we receive a limited license for platform operation.
We believe in transparency about the inherent compromises in any platform agreement.

In no event shall Playnexy.pro, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For free users, this amount is €0.

Playnexy.pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
